School of Digital Humanities was founded on the conviction that education and knowledge contribute to a just and peaceful society.
Digital technology and AI increasingly determine which knowledge becomes visible, who has a say in decisions and how people learn to form judgements. This development calls for more than technical expertise: it calls for legal, ethical and societal reflection.
That is why we connect research, advice and education, with one aim: that people and organisations can judge for themselves what is responsible.
SDH was founded by jurist and researcher Caner Sucuoglu.

Understanding what is changing
Research into how AI and digital systems distribute knowledge, voice and opportunity: whose experience counts, who has a say, and who bears the consequences. From sector analysis to research on justice in digital education.
Learning to judge for oneself
Workshops and lectures on AI literacy, digital ethics and epistemic justice, for boards, committees and professionals. Aimed at developing independent judgement, not at following prescriptions.
Research deepens the advice, practice raises new questions, and education strengthens the judgement of those who carry the outcomes forward.
